Short Class Description about what to expect
The style of the morning classes is Hatha/Vinyasa Flow or Slow Flow – A 90-minutes dynamic or slower paced flow class including both basic and more advanced poses, targeting different area of the body each day.
The class is suitable for all levels, recommended for intermediate and advanced practitioners (not recommended for beginners unless they have good body awareness and fitness).
There might be other type of classes added to the afternoon schedule like Yin, Fascia Work, Singing bowl sessions etc. Those classes are suitable to all levels.

THEME: Each day, we will focus on a specific body part/group of asanas, creating a balanced class, but exploring deeper an element within the theme - selected muscle or muscle groups, particular peak pose, strengthening vs. opening, a philosophical aspect related to the theme etc., and providing an opportunity to work with all parts of your body within the week.
