For bookings and enquiries, please send us a message here. In order to reserve your place, we require a deposit amounting to half of the total price. Payment can be made by bank transfer to a Polish, English or Indian bank account or by PayPal (please note that an additional charge of 10% would apply on all PayPal transactions). All fees related to the selected payment method (bank, PayPal fees etc.) are payable by the retreat attendant.
Deposit amounting to 50% of the total price is paid at the time of booking. Balance can either be paid prior to the start of the course by bank transfer or PayPal or on the first day of the retreat by cash in Euro, GBP or Indian Ruppees.
Cancellation more than two months before the start of the retreat – 50% refund.
Cancellation less than two months before the start of the retreat – no refund.
The deposit is transferrable to another person at any time, at no extra charge.
All classes will be held in English. For people with limited English skills, help may be provided (please enquire about a specific language).
The nearest airport is GOI - Goa airport in Panjim. It is located around 90 minutes from Palolem by car. There are various airlines sarving the airport, it is best to look on skyscanner for best deals and flight options. Jet airways fly directly from London, it's also worth checking Qatar Airlines and Emirates. You can also get a flight to Mumbai or any other major city in India and search for domestic flights from there (domestic arlines include: Indigo, Jet Airways, Spicejet, GoAir).
We will send a taxi to pick you up and bring you to the retreat place. The taxi driver will hold a "Parinama Yoga" sign. Your airport transfer to and from the retreat is included in the price. Please send us your flight details once you have your flights booked.
If you are coming for one week, the retreat will start for you either on Sunday, March 20th or Sunday, March 27th (as selected), and finish either on March 27th or April 3rd, respectively. We will start on Sunday afternoon around 4pm with the opening circle and a slow flow yoga class, followed by welcome dinner. We will have a closing circle and goodbye dinner on Saturday and finish the retreat on Sunday morning, after the morning yoga class and brunch. If you're coming for two weeks, the retreat will start for you on March 20th and finish on April 3rd.
If you would like to stay extra nights before or after the retreat, please let us know and we will confirm availibility. If we are fully booked, we will be happy to book you in a place nearby or help you find suitable accommodation.
Absolutely! Beginners are more than welcome to join us. As long as you’re prepared to work slowly at your own level, exploring and respecting the limitations of your body, you will benefit from this full immersion week(s) and learn a lot in a short period of time. The retreat can be a great kick start to a new, healthy lifestyle and routine!
We will make sure that you feel challenged, whatever your level. The instructor is experienced in leading multi-level classes, has conducted numerous retreats and teacher training courses in the past, and has worked with people of all levels and abilities. You will get lots of advice and tips on how to improve your personal practice.
Please discuss any serious injuries, ailments or recent surgeries prior to booking in order to find out whether the retreat would be suitable for you. In most cases, we will be able to cater for you, adapt or modify poses for you in order to ensure safety and help you heal. In some situations, we might ask you to consult your doctor before signing up for the retreat. Your health and wellbeing is our priority and we may refuse to accept you on the course if we think it would be detrimental.
We highly recommend you to take part in all the classes and activities organised in order to make the most out of you retreat. If you would like to miss a class or activity for any reason, please let us know. Please note that no refund will be provided if you decide not to participate in a class or activity.
The retreat is a perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people and build new friendships and we encourage single travellers as well as groups of friends or families to join us. We are aiming at creating a small group and community feeling among all of our students.
Goa is one of the safest places in India - the locals are used to foreigners, food is much safer than in other areas (everything is washed in filtered water), our rooms have safes where you can store your valuables and our premises are watched by a security guard.
If you come with your friend/ partner who is not interested in doing yoga, he/she can join you for the rest of the programme and we will give them a EUR 100 discount if they don't want to participate in yoga classes. If you would like to come with your children/family please enquire about available discounts. Please note that if you're coming with young children, you would need to arrange a person to look after your kids while you're in class - we can assist you with that and enquire around, should you require such assistance.
