Healthy, vegetarian brunches will be provided every day after the morning yoga practice. Each day there will be coffee, chai and a selection of fresh fruits and a healthy juice/smoothie available as well as eggs/tofu/granola/oats, etc. Vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free options are available - please advise us on any dietary requirements before the start of the retreat.
We will serve a healthy, vegetarian welcome dinner on the first day of the retreat as well as goodbye dinner on the last day. These two dinners are included in the price of the retreat. On other days, you will have a chance to either go out with the retreat leader to a selected restaurant in the area or have dinner on your own. These dinners are not included in the price. We want to give you an opportunity to sample various types of foods in the area - the retreat leader has been living in the area for over 4 years and is passionate about food, and will be happy to take you to the best restaurants around (including local places you would not be able to find by yourself), or provide you with a list of places to explore on your own/with your friends.
