Get to Know Your Body Yoga Retreat

This one week retreat is perfect for students of all levels who would like to get to know their body, understand its weaknesses and limitations and learn to use their practice to bring their body and mind into the state of health and wellbeing!
The retreat features:
* Two yoga classes per day (12 classes in total)
* morning Vinyasa/Hatha Flow classes working with various parts of your body
* afternoon body analysis classes with pranayama and/or meditation
* one 30-minutes one-to-one consultation at the end of the retreat providing you with a sequence designed for your needs
* residential and non-residential packages available
* a variety of activities, excursions and treatments can be arranged upon request
