Arrival for class
We kindly ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class.
Please note that due to a limited number of spaces, Family Yoga classes always require preregistration - please phone us at 0091 8605 007 600, email us at or come to the shala and register there. Pre-registration is also advisable (although not necessary) for all other classes, as we have a strict rule of maximum 15 students per class. The only exception to this rule are community classes (no limit) and workshops (a higher number of places will be available if the workshop is conducted by two teachers), as well as Kids and Family Yoga classes (fewer places available). Priority will be given to students with weekly and monthly passes and students who have booked their classes ahead, after that students will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, so please ensure you arrive early to secure your mat.
Please inform the teacher about any health problems and/or injuries before the start of the class.
Your health and wellbeing is our priority and we reserve the right to reject a student if we think the class may be detrimental to their health.
Always practise with care, follow the teacher's instructions and do not perform poses you were not asked to do.
We provide all the required yoga equipment - mats, straps, bolsters, etc. However, if you prefer to practise on your own mat, please feel free to bring one with you. We also recommend bringing a light travel mat or a towel to be put over the mat.
