Yoga, Meditation and other activities
Morning yoga sessions will be 90 minutes elemental flow classes - exploring different elements and different body parts each day, learning to move safely and mindfully, in line with your body's individual needs and limitations. These will be mixed level classes and both beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome to join. Each person will be encouraged and supported to work at their own level.
In the afternoons, there will be a variety of classes, including alignment workshops as well as pranayama and meditation, which will teach you techniques helpful in improving your concentration and efficiency and useful in dealing with stress, anger and anxiety, and yin yoga and yoga nidra, whih will help you to relax and release deeply-stored tensions and traumas.
The afternoon class will be followed by a variety of sunset activities, ex. a sunset boat trip to see dolphins. Other activities, ex. surfing, SUP (stand up paddling) or cooking classes, can be organised during the day upon request, at an extra charge.
