Personalised Yoga Packages
Are you looking for quality, real growth and taking your practice to the next level?
If you have been feeling stuck in your practice, have been going through injuries or illnesses, or simply would like personal attention from experienced senior instructors who can help you adjust the practice to your body's needs, this is a special package you won't find anywhere else!
We have prepared personalised yoga packages, with group classes in the morning and private sessions in the afternoon. The morning classes will be Vinyasa/Hatha Flow, while in the afternoons you will have private sessions (max. 1-4 people) with our very experienced instructors, who will help you see your body from a new perspective - refining your alignment in poses, checking body imbalances and showing you how to make your practice safe and nourishing. You will also have a chance to explore breathing and meditation techniques.
These sessions will be adjusted to your needs and goals, making it a truly personal experience.
All levels are welcome - whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you will be looked after and challenged in a safe way!
* 8 Days (7 nights) accommodation in our cottages (shared or single)
Accommodation will be in wooden beach huts located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Goa, Palolem beach. They are spacious, comfortable and clean and contain a double bed or two twin beds, a western-style toilet with hot water, and AC.
They are located just one minute walk from the beach and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Palolem with many shops, as well as cozy cafes and restaurants.
* 6 brunches
Brunch will be provided after the morning yoga class. You will have a choice of vegetarian or vegan dishes – eggs, hummus, falafel, porridge, chia pudding, fruit salad, etc. as well as a fresh juice or herbal teas.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know about them while booking and we will make sure they are catered for.
* 6 morning group yoga classes (Vinyasa or Hatha Flow) and 6 afternoon private sessions (alignment and body analysis)
Each day we will focus on a different area of the body, type of postures and theme, helping you build balance between strength and flexibility.
The afternoon private sessions will be done in small groups of 1-4 people and will give you a unique opportunity to take a closer look at your body's needs, with all its ailments, injuries, tensions, strengths and weaknesses, helping you bring your body into the best alignment and balance.
At the end of the week, you will have a chance to discuss your progress with the teacher and get recommendations for your home practice.
* Excursions and other activities
In your free time, you can relax on the beach, explore the area, visit nearby cafes and restaurants or venture out a bit further. We will be happy to advise you on places to visit and organise any excursions or other activities for you.

* Excursions to North Goa, Gokarna, Anjuna Market, Spice Farm, Waterfalls
* Indian cooking classes
* Sunset boat and dolphin spotting trips
